Long procedures

Some computer repair and IT support procedures, such as hardware diagnostics, data transfers, and security scans, can take many hours to complete. Therefore, we do not charge for individual elected procedures that take fifteen minutes or more to complete, provided they are performed as part of a larger job, such as a computer repair or computer setup, and in a workshop setting. For example, a three-hour repair that requires a two-hour memory diagnostic would only be charged for one hour.
