Do you offer personal and business IT support?
We offer personal IT support for individuals, as well as for businesses and organisations. Additionally, we provide computer repair, and related computer services.
What devices do you support?
We support many different devices, from laptops and desktop computers to phones and tablets.
What brands of computers do you support?
We provide support for computers running Windows operating systems, for example, Windows 11. We do not support Apple computers.
Do you offer on-site visits?
Yes, we offer on-site visits for clients in Bury St Edmunds and throughout the local region. On-site support is best suited to situations where there is no internet or that require a hands-on approach.
Do you offer remote IT support?
Yes, we offer remote IT support, often referred to as remote desktop, remote access, and screen sharing. Remote IT support is ideal for setting up and troubleshooting.
Do you have an office/workshop?
Yes, we have an office/workshop in Bury St Edmunds from which we provide remote IT support, and related computer services, including computer repair, laptop repair, and computer setup.
How long does IT support take?
IT support times vary depending on the nature of the support being provided and the speed of the computer/connection. In most cases, problems can be resolved quickly, often within an hour. However, in some cases, further investigation, such as system diagnostics, might be required to pinpoint and resolve a problem.
How much does IT support cost?
Remote IT support is charged at a rate of £30 per half hour. On-site visits are £60 for the first hour and then £30 per additional half hour.
