What computer services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of computer services, including computer maintenance, computer upgrades, malware removal, data recovery, computer setup, and computer sales. Additionally, we provide computer repair services, including laptop repair and PC repair, as well as IT support services, such as email and printer support. What type of computers do you support?
We support Windows laptops, notebooks, and desktops, including AIO computers. We do not support Apple or Chromebook computers.
What brands of computers do you support?
We support all PC computer brands, including HP, Dell, Acer, Lenovo, Asus, Microsoft, Samsung, MSI, Alienware, Corsair, Xenta, Zoostorm, PC Specialist, Chillblast, AWD-IT, NZXT, Novatech, and Overclockers. Furthermore, we also support custom-built PCs, such as gaming computers.
How much do you charge for computer services?
Unless otherwise stated or agreed upon, the following charges are applicable.
- Remote services are charged at £30 per half hour.
- On-site visits are charged at £60 for the first hour and then £30 per half hour.
- Workshop services are charged at £30 per half hour.
Additionally, we have a long procedures policy to ensure that charges for longer procedures, such as data transfers and diagnostic scans, remain fair for all parties; for more information, see Long procedures.
Goods, such as computers and computer parts, are charged separately.
We do not charge VAT.
How do you offer this service?
We offer computer services remotely, on-site, and at our workshop in Bury St Edmunds.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes, we are always happy to provide an estimate. All estimates are free and with no obligation.
